EncompassEPC also provides project review, risk analysis, Beacon implementation assistance, and consulting support for specific project challenges. Consulting engagements begin with a written scope of work and a 30-minute scope-setting conversation to define the objectives and appropriate level of support. The initial scope-setting conversation is provided at no cost.
Consulting services are billed at a preapproved rate of $150 per hour, plus reasonable, preapproved expenses.
