Mike McMahon, Chip Mitchell, and Terry Horomanski have each had long and successful EPC careers and collectively offer more than 120 years of design, construction, and project management experience. From residential construction to complex, multi-billion-dollar projects, each has expertise in particular industry sectors, both domestically and internationally. Mike's 45+ years began in construction finance with Procter & Gamble and progressed through project management and senior executive roles with Jacobs Engineering and Fluor Corporation. In recent years, he has served as the owner's representative on numerous projects. His projects ranged from $500K to over $2B, both domestically and internationally. He has managed projects for numerous industries, giving him a diverse background in both private and government sectors. Mike's commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety on every project led him to compile and document insights and observations from his mentors, fellow EPC professionals, and craftspersons over the years. This, in conjunction with his own experiences, culminated in the development of the EPC Beacon system. Mike continues today on numerous projects as an owner's representative.   
 
Chip's 40+ years of expertise span the heavy industrial sectors, including the chemical, oil and gas, and petrochemical industries, as well as the industrial/manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and electronics/semiconductor sectors. He began as a mechanical engineer, progressing through project management and culminating in the presidency of CH2M Hill's Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Business Group. His executive responsibilities included overseeing operations, project delivery, and profitability across CH2M's projects across the energy value chain. Chip's passion for addressing details in the planning stages aligns with Beacon's intent as a preventive tool to eliminate risk. Chip remains a sought-after consultant across the industry.
 
Terry's 34+ year career in the construction industry began as a project engineer and progressed to a Senior Vice President role at Rodgers Builders. His primary focus is on the commercial, education, healthcare, government, and amusement sectors. He excels in project management, value engineering, and strategic planning. He brings deep expertise in the lump-sum construction environment to the team. He is adamant in his approach to risk mitigation to avoid unfavorable outcomes such as claims, lawsuits, and dissatisfied clients. This is evident in his record of repeat work for the same clients. Terry works as an owner's representative at a major university in South Carolina.
